POP! Vinyl, we advise customers to order six (6) of the desired Pop! Vinyl, as
they will then receive a box of five (5) common versions of the Pop! Vinyl, and
one (1) Chase version. These orders may include a Chase variant: the average
ration is 1 in 6 units as advised by the manufacturer. Ozzie Collectables can

We are not currently ordering in any
stock on request. Your best bet for vaulted or hard to find items not listed on
our site is through private sellers, however keep an eye on Latest Additions as
this is where all new stock is posted as it becomes available to us.
We are constantly adding to our
Latest Additions and we’ll be sure to bring you the latest and greatest in
collecting. Quite often we’re waiting on confirmation on quantities and product
info before we can list some of these items. Keep up to date on what is via our

The team at Ozzie are constantly
adding and altering products based on their availability with us and our
distributors. It may be that the product you’re after has recently sold out or
been cancelled, or simply that it is not available to us yet as an Australian
retailer— keep an eye on our Latest Additions page.
ETA stands for Estimated Time of
Arrival and provides customers with the intended release date of pre-order
products. These are the official dates as provided by our distributor and are
unfortunately not within our control. Any changes to these dates are updated
immediately on site and customers with pre-orders will receive notification
alerting them to this change. Cancellations of pre-orders with altered ETA
dates are still subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We use Australia Post, as we believe they have the largest network and are able to reach your homes in a timely manner. All our orders are accompanied with tracking details which are provided at the time of dispatch via email. We also require our recipients to sign for their orders as an added security measure. This ensure your order arrives to you in safe hands.
If your order consists of no pre-order items, you should receive a dispatch email from us with tracking details within 3-5 business days of placing your order. A business day is considered to be Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) excluding public holidays.
We do experience an overwhelming number of orders during SDCC, NYCC, ECCC, SWCC or in general whenever there is a Comic-Con or a sale. Usually our timeframes aren't affected as we accommodate for these busy periods however we ask for your patience and understanding as we do try our level best to get to everyones orders as soon as possible.
There are some rough guidelines to assist you in working out how long your parcel will be once it leaves our store.
Ozzie advises customers to take
photographs of the damaged or inadequate stock immediately after receiving the
order, and send it to us via email or our Facebook support messenger. We cater
specifically to in-box collectors and as such take quality very seriously. Once
our support team have determined the quality of your damaged stock, they can
help you lodge a claim with Australia Post or with Funko for a replacement box if
All orders under $100 require a
shipping fee of $8 to be paid. You will be asked to pay this shipping fee
separately via Paypal before your order is sent out to you. Please note due to
the administration involved in making these changes, this can often delay your
order from leaving our store.
All orders are covered for shipping
one way, so you will need to pay an additional $8 shipping fee or place a new
order to consolidate your pre-orders with if you would like to receive some of
the stock separately. The only exception to this rule is orders $200 or above,
which are entitled to two lots of free shipping. Please contact support via

We truly appreciate your order,
however moving forward we won't be consolidating any orders. Each order will be
treated separately. Consolidation takes a fair amount of effort and resources
and, due to the large volume of orders we are currently processing, we unfortunately
cannot attend to these requests. We suggest in future holding off submitting an
order until you either reach the minimum for free shipping or your desired

If your tracking number is showing as a number beginning with OZC, this is likely because two or more of your orders were sent out together. You can use the code beginning with OZC to find the other order that this was sent with, as this will be its order number. The tracking number for this order will be the same for both/ all orders sent out together.
Once payment has been processed on any order, the
average waiting time is 3-5 business days. This does not include pre-order
items. After this 3-5 business days you should receive notification with
shipping or collection details for your order.
Afterpay is an easy payment option
and a very popular one used by numerous customers. You get to pay later and
take home the products. Payments are made directly to Afterpay in 4 fortnightly

All refunds and cancellations are
handled at the discretion of Ozzie Collectables. All refunds are subject to a
10% restocking fee. Any refunds on orders already received must be returned
within 30 days and still be in their original packaging and of their original quality.
