Weve had many famous squirrels over the course of time; Rocky, Sandy Cheeks, Scrat, even my personal favourite Conkers (shoutout out to all you 90s kids). Now while many will argue that Marvel superhero Squirrel girl shouldnt fall into the same conversation as these other bushy-tailed legends, I say, too bad. Squirrel Girl first appeared in 1991 where she helped Iron Man defeat Doctor Doom, with a little help from her squirrel side-kick, Monkey Joe (see, theres at least a squirrel in there somewhere). Not only does she possess the cliche superhuman agility, sense and strength, she also has the ability to communicate with Squirrels, which is something this writer would never pass up on. Imagine how nutty their conversations would be!
