Its focus lies on the eleven tribes of the Shattered Nation, their history, prominent members, Patron spirits, Divisions, customs, and further background. It also examines what defines a tribe, how it functions today, and how Garou find their place within these communities.
As the Garou Nation falters, different wings within the tribes gain influence. This can reshape the purpose, direction, or even the Patron of an entire tribe, creating new tensions for chronicles and characters.
The book gives players additional background to connect Garou more deeply with their heritage, spiritual bonds, and the conflicts of their tribe.
