Presented on the facade of the Spring Standard Edition tuckbox is Shenshu, vanquisher of demons and each standing watchfully, guarding the decks held within.

Across the East-Asian Diaspora, different guardians are chosen at the preference of their user to protect the doorways and gates of their homes. Featured on each court card is a fearsome warrior or deity with documented use as a Door God. Each figure bears distinct character, their painted faces and armored stances signaling protection and the blessings they bring.

Featuring soft and elegant pastels. Paired with a navy blue in place of the standard Red and Black suits.

The card back design is inspired by two aspects: the intersecting geometry of the lattice window, the burgeoning flowers of their respective season. Spring arrives in yellow and pink, summer in green and red, autumn in vermillion and jade, and winter in porcelain blue kissed by magenta. Each season breathes through the lattice like a garden glimpsed through a thousand carved intersections.

Special Editions feature a metallic gilt edge treatment, the Winter edition is finished in a frosty blue gild, its icy shimmer recalling the porcelain glazes and tranquility of frozen ponds.
