Across the East-Asian Diaspora, different guardians are chosen at the preference of their user to protect the doorways and gates of their homes. Featured on each court card is a fearsome warrior or deity with documented use as a Door God. Each figure bears distinct character, their painted faces and armored stances signaling protection and the blessings they bring.

Featuring soft and elegant pastels. Paired with a navy blue in place of the standard Red and Black suits.

The card back design is inspired by the intersecting geometry of the lattice window along with the burgeoning flowers of their respective season. Summer in green and red. Each season breathes through the lattice like a garden glimpsed through a thousand carved intersections, where flowers drift across the frame and the year turns with every shuffle of the deck.
