"Endangered: Australia" expands the game with new challenges centered around threatened habitats and animal species of Australia. The included scenarios have different focuses and each requires its own strategic approach.
In the "Great Barrier Reef" scenario, the goal is to protect predator-prey relationships, restore coral health, and maintain a constantly changing ecosystem in balance. The "Giant Barred Frog" scenario introduces, for the first time, the possibility of selectively removing animals to control invasive cane toads and restore ecological balance.
The Koala scenario introduces attachments as a new mechanic, expanding the tactical possibilities. "The Prime Minister" adds eight unique cards that allow for additional influence on the game. A new Ambassador type also automatically builds influence and opens up further strategic options.
