The wandering Varangian Dog-Warrior Ioann Bann has travelled across the frontier regions of the Human Sphere. In his past, he served as the Tohaa's personal weapon of immense destructive power and gained experience that made him an exceptionally versatile fighter.
Ioann Bann learned the art of fighting with two katanas from Miyamoto himself, while training alongside the Yamabushi to master the bow. Although he regrets much of what lies behind him, he cannot escape his true nature - violence remains his constant companion.
As a mercenary, Ioann Bann brings an exceptionally dangerous and difficult-to-ignore presence to the battlefield. His considerable lethality makes him a threatening addition to an army intended to keep constant pressure on the opponent.
