How it works: Players will bring a 7pt Highlander Constructed deck to compete in a magic tournament to qualify for the Black Lotus Invitational. This is a Competitive Rules Enforcement event. As such there will be a judge and decklists are required. Players are expected to have a working understanding of the game and tournament rules.
