How it works: Players will bring a Modern Constructed deck to compete in a magic tournament to qualify for the Magic Spotlight. This is a Competitive Rules Enforcement event. As such there will be a judge, and decklists are required. Players are expected to have a working understanding of the game and tournament rules.
