Randy sits at 4 inches tall in a brown computer chair, covered from head to toe in ghostly "ectoplasm." He wears a dishevelled blue shirt, with his grey pants around his ankles and black shoes on his feet. With his head tilted back, dazed eyes, and mouth open beneath his thick moustache, Randy looks completely stunned by his spooky encounter. The "ectoplasm" drips from his body and pools around the feet of the chair.
The exterior of his double-walled window box shows a computer screen illuminating a dark room. The interior is the South Park logo repeating on a grayscale pattern.
